Brand Strategy
Re-establish the company brand and re-engage past users.
After several years of changing leadership, TranS1 returned to Wilmington NC and employed passionate talent with historical knowledge about the products. Needing to re-establish itself within the spine community we set out to define the newly reorganized company and present a cohesive, fresh brand that provides a host of valued products.
Design
New creative was developed for social media, collateral and the Web site. A consistent look and feel was key to building a recognizable brand.
History
With fresh graphics in place, our first campaign focused on the “new” TranS1’s strong connection to the past. We promoted the relocation and highlighted past core team members.
Engagement
After our history campaign was complete, we moved forward with re-engaging past users. We identified a user group that believed in TranS1’s technologies and previously had a high case yield. To reach this group, we executed a cadence of targeted social campaigns, eblast, mailer, phone calls and personal notes. Looking at the big picture, Marketing and Sales worked hand-in-hand to ensure success.

A Social Re-Introduction
With TranS1 being under new leadership we created a social campaign across platforms to re-introduce the updated brand and its flagship product, AxiaLIF+. First we built a history of posts to let followers know that TranS1 had moved back to Wilmington, NC and had former team members at the helm.
After creating a solid foundation – we then turned our attention to the technology and its benefits. After defining our audience on LinkedIn, we created a group of Neuro and Orthopedic Surgeons to reach with a targeted campaign. The campaign drove a renewed interest in the company and technology with an increase in not only social followers but more importantly an uptick in cases.
A story in Motion
AxiaLIF+, TranS1’s foundational solution, has a long history. To tell its story in a creative way, we developed a motion graphic animation. We used a “bar” element from the logo to lead the user on the path from FDA clearance to over 18,000 procedures and numerous publications.
